1. Returns – Damaged Items Only - We accept returns only for items received in a damaged condition. You must notify us within 1 day of delivery to be eligible. The item must be unused and in the original packaging. Clear photo or video proof of the damage must be provided. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. No other returns will be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items - All products are non-returnable unless damaged upon delivery and reported within 1 day.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom products
- Personal care items
- Perishable
- Sale items
- Change-of-mind purchases
3. Refunds for Damaged Items - Once your damaged item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds - Check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at jacobsparrowwatches@gmail.com.
5. Sale Items - All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
6. Exchanges (Damaged Items Only)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

7. Shipping for Returns - You are responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
