Cancellations

1. Cancellation Window

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order free of charge if the cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

  • After Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will need to wait until the order is delivered. Once delivered, you can initiate a return according to our Return Policy. In such cases, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

2. How to Cancel an Order

  • Contact Us: To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at help@jaocbsparrow.com. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your request.

  • Cancellation Confirmation: Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm whether the order has been successfully canceled. If the order has not yet shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.

3. Refunds on Canceled Orders

  • Full Refund: If your order is canceled before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Shipping Costs: If your order has already shipped, any refund will be processed according to our Return Policy, which may involve store credit instead of a full refund.

4. Special Conditions

  • Sale or Promotional Orders: Orders placed during sales or promotional events are subject to our regular cancellation policy. However, please note that these items may have different return conditions as outlined in our Return Policy.

  • Custom or Personalized Items: Orders for custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once the order has been processed. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes to such an order.
