Returns & Refund Policy

1. Returns – Damaged Items Only
We accept returns only for items that are received in a damaged condition. You must notify us within 1 day of delivery to be eligible for a return.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the original packaging

  • Clear photo or video proof of the damage must be provided

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product

No other returns will be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items
All products are non-returnable unless they are damaged upon delivery and reported within 1 day.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom products

  • Personal care items

  • Perishable goods

  • Sale items

  • Change-of-mind purchases


3. Refunds for Damaged Items
Once your damaged item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.


4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)

5. Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.


6. Exchanges (Damaged Items Only)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To exchange a damaged item for the same product, email us at:

7. Shipping for Returns

  • You are responsible for your own return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
